That's why we're thrilled to have revitalized the 120x60 indoor riding arena at Lady Luck Ranch in Maple Lake, MN. First, we took on the challenge of removing the old, worn-out sand, which over time, can compact and lead to uneven surfaces. Our team meticulously prepared by installing a new base. The importance of a stable, well-laid foundation cannot be overstated – it supports better balance and provides that consistent ride that equestrian enthusiasts demand.

Once the base was secure, we brought in 3 inches of fresh wash sand. This new layer doesn't just look great—it's engineered to provide the soft but firm feel needed for smooth footfalls while minimizing dust and maintenance. This enhancement allows horses to perform at their best and gives riders the confidence they need to focus solely on their skills.
