Chad and his team, recently took on a major project I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to work through. I became a personal representative for a relatives estate and needed his home taken down along with an abandoned mobile home on his property. He had many junk vehicles, grading problems in the shed and problems through out that I didn’t even know where to start. Chad and his team took on this project without hesitation. Tore down a failing 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, down below the foundation with a prior buried foundation we didn’t know about. Called in dump trucks last minute to help with clean up. Consistently communicating with me, calling contacts to line up dumpsters, shifting gears with problems that came up. Cleared the mobile home in hours. Clean up was a breeze for him. High winds and work around old trees that needed to stay standing. His years of experience showed here, containing the mess, controlling it so others wouldn’t have a problem. Cleared a massive shed of junk and clutter, called contracts to work with me specifically to help with things I had no idea what to do with. Graded the ground, made more calls to bring in loads of dirt later on to fix a problem I knew needed to be done. Had I chose someone else, I would have been so lost. He used his decades of experience in every bit of this process to explain what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, approximate time to complete and pivoting through problems as of they were nothing. I have another property to have taken care of. You best believe, I already have him running numbers on that one. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Davis Dirt work came all the way to Prior Lake Mn to service my four Waterposts that were not functioning.
