The crew showed up on time, were professional, friendly, efficient, used quality equipment and materials, went above and beyond the manufacturer's recommendations for installation, and encouraged me to document all stages of the project for my own education (and as proof to take back to the prior installer). They tested everything to make sure it was functioning properly, did a thorough clean up, and leveled the ground around the work area so it was smoother than when they arrived. While this may sound like what you should expect from EVERY company you hire, it is not always what you get. No one wants to pay for work to be done twice.
